- The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capability Development Command � Armament Center, intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source solicitation, W15QKN-21-Q-0EG2, to Dewesoft, LLC 10730 Logan ST, Whitehouse, OH, 43571-9697, (CAGE Code 6QTJ8) pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for updates, and upgrades to Data Acquisition Equipment for the Breech Fatigue Laboratory. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 334515. For this effort the contractor will provide a data acquisition system and accompanying hardware for utilization during testing of armament systems and components that is capable of collecting static and dynamic test data in both a stationary and portable solution. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government.
