- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) has requirements for Air Flow/Air Pressure Balance & Testing Services at medical facilities throughout the VISN 16 area of responsibility (Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana, and Texas). Currently services are only required at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. However, additional locations may be added after award. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform room air flow and pressure testing in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about December 17, 2020, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 238220, with a small business size standard of $16,500,000.00. All interested parties must be registered as an SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov as of the date your quote is received and the date of award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov as of the date of award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time. Please monitor this website for issuance of the actual solicitation to download the associated solicitation documents.
