Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price blanket order agreement (BOA) order to provide General Electric (GE) Integrated Electronic Controller (IEC) Kits.�The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.�Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.�The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.�However, all proposals received prior to 17 December�2020 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.�Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
