- Indian Health Service � Division of Engineering Services Seattle is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H701-21-R-00005. Billings Area Asphalt and Concrete Repair, Project: BI19AO200Z6 Location: Indian Health Service facilities (Montana and Wyoming) This Solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code: 238990 � All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5 million. **Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Proposals are due at 1400 hours (2:00 PM MST), January 18, 2021. All questions concerning this project shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Rita Langager, via email at Rita. Langager@ihs.gov prior to the solicitation closing � preferably NLT noon on December 28, 2020. A one-time, non-mandatory site visit will be held.
