- The purpose of this notice is to provide DRAFT documents for Section C, Attachments, and the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) for The Family of All Terrain Cranes (FOATC) W56HZV-19-R-0118 for industry review and comments. �Offerors may submit their comments to the Draft documents to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. Comments will be taken into consideration in preparing the Final RFP and revisions will be made as deemed appropriate by the Government. The Final RFP will be posted to Beta.SAM. Disclaimer: The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the information contained in this posting or information received as a result of this posting.
