- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Branch, intends to solicit quotations for analytical laboratory services to analyze raw and treated drinking water with consulting services related to internal pipe corrosion under drinking water conditions. Services are needed at Reclamation�s Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project located in New Mexico. The service will require the contractor to have experience related to internal pipe corrosion and water supply project. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around December 15, 2020. Quotes will be due on or around January 13, 2021. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ not set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors may submit quotes electronically via email to the Contract Specialist at ASomerville@usbr.gov. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of quote. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website currently located at beta.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury's Internet Payment Platform (IPP).
