What months will the Level 1 Quarterly work be done and what month is the Annual Level 2/3 and load bank work done? Answer: Not sure what this is referring to; levels are not mentioned in the SOW. What years are the 3-year coolant changes required? Answer: Base year of contract, and option year 3. Please provide a copy of the site visit sign in sheet. Answer: This information will not be released. The SOW requires the contractor to perform emergency repairs.   Will these be quoted and billed separately as needed or does the VA desire for these costs to be added to the base bid? This check in is mandatory. When the service is complete, the Contractor shall document services rendered on a legible field service report. The Contractor shall log out at the HVAC/Electrical Section Office and submit the field service report to the COR for a signature, during normal working hours. If the COR is unavailable, a signed authorized copy of the field service report shall be sent to the Contractor after the work has been reviewed. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: In performance of this contract, the Contractor shall take such safety precautions as the Contracting Officer may determine to be reasonably necessary to protect the lives and health of occupants of the building. The Contracting Officer shall notify the Contractor of any safety issues and the action necessary to correct these issues. Such notice, when served on the Contractor or his representative at the work site shall be deemed sufficient for the corrective actions to be taken. If the Contractor fails or refuses to comply promptly, the Contracting Officer may issue an order stopping all or part of the work and hold the Contractor in default.
