- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). The offeror represents as part of its offer that it [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. Requirements: PROPANE DELIVERY SERVICES to Dibe Yazhi Habitiin Olta (Borrego Pass School) The School location has 1-6,565 gallon, 1-500 gallon and 1-250 gallon LP Gas tanks which provides heat to school facilities. The tanks are located by building #251 (6,565 gallon), Building 263 (250 gallon) and Building #1991 (500 gallon). The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 15:00 pm Eastern Time, December 7, 2020. Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted through email to karen.cooper@bia.gov. Any other method of submission will NOT be considered. Please allow time for any delays that may impact submitting your quote.
