- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive, firm fixed price Contract to Roskill Information Services Ltd. located in 54 Russell Road, London for the purchase of six Roskill Information Services publications, which provide periodic encyclopedic reports on a broad range of mineral commodities. The six Commodities specific for this acquisition are cathode and precursor materials. gallium, magnesium compounds, manganese, niobium, and rare earths. This required subscription is for one year, to be delivered to the USGS National Mineral Information Center in Reston, Virginia for the period of performance is from January 08, 2021 through January 07, 2022. There are no option years The Roskill information Services Ltd. is the only known source to provide the required subscriptions In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The NAICS code is 511120.The size standard is 1000 The anticipated award date of the contract is 01/208/2021. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price contract.
