Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire electronic components in support of the F-15 Armament Aircraft Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) which are expected to be in service until FY40. This effort is to purchase thirteen (13) different Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) with the total of fifty five (55) units to fill MICAPs and Back Orders (B/Os) for various F-15 Armament test sets.� ITEM DESCRIPTION: 1. NSN: 5998-01-439-3875KV, P/N A06G3417-1 is A16 CCA provides AIR to AIR Functions for the NHA A/E24T-198D Stores Management System Test Set (SMSTS), TO 33D5-12-231-4/, TO 33D5-12-231-8-16. 2. NSN: 5998-01-550-7835, P/N: A06G3300-2 is RCU CCA (A2A1) produces 32 cable test sources and test detectors. NHA Remote Control Unit (RCU) P/N A06G3291-1, the RCU is used in NHA A/E24T-224A, & A/E24T-198E. TO 33D7-50-1981-4, 33D5-63-5-8-2. 3. NSN: 5998-01-371-5426KV, P/N A06G2779 is a CCA A10, Contains Digital-to-Analog converters, 30V monitor/loads; 5V logic monitors, 28 volt PAL monitors, & 28V USG monitors. NHA A/E24T-197D, TO 33D5-63-5-4/33D5-63-5-8-1 4. NSN: 5998-01-267-4481KV, P/N A06G2771-1 is A1A1 CCA functions as a 28 VDC program controlled voltage source, and provides programmable high current source load circuits. NHA A/E24T-197D Stores Management System Test Set (SMSTS), TO 33D5-63-5-4/33D5-63-5-8-12/ 33D5-63-5-8-4. 5. NSN: 5998-01-249-9494KV, P/N A06G2630-2 is A-9 CCA Scaling Amplifiers, Analog to Digital Converter CCA, which used on T-169/T-198Test Set 6. NSN: 5998-01-259-9955, P/N: A06G2746-1 is PAL and GND/RES CKTS Circuit CardAssembly (A1A14), Contains resistance measurement circuits and PAL detectors, NHA A/E24T-198D Stores Management System Test Set, TO 33D5-12-231-4/ 33D5-12-231-8-5 7. NSN: 5998-01-516-1917, P/N: A06G3630-1 is A1A6 Memory And Usart CCA contains RAM, EEPROM, & USART microprocessor circuits that control the NHA A/E24T-198D Stores Management System Test Set, TO 33D5-12-231-4/ 33D5-12-231-8-5 8. NSN: 5998-01-439-5122KV, P/N A06G3156-2 is A15 CCA, 28V insulation resistance circuits Cable codes used on T-198 Test Set 9. NSN: 5998-01-388-6785, P/N: A06G3293-1 is A1A2 Cable Test CCA, provides source and detection capabilities for testing cable continuity and isolation, NHA A/E24T-224 Aircraft Pod Interface Test Set (APITS), TO 33D7-50-1981-4/ 33D7-50-1981-8-1 10. NSN: 5998-01-259-9954, P/N A06G2742-1 is Cable Test and Video Circuit Card Assembly A1A10, Produces cable self-test sources for NHA A/E24T-198D, TO 33D5-12-231-4/ 33D5-12-231-8-6 11. NSN: 5998-01-265-4057KV, P/N A60G2739-1 is A2 CCA High current switching, High current load control used on T-198 Test Set 12. NSN: 5998-01-273-0900, P/N: A06G2772-1 is CCA (A2), Program controlled relay interface for signal routing of load inputs & relay switching for fire line stray voltage monitor inputs, NHA A/E24T-197D, TO 33D5-63-5-4/ 33D5-63-5-8-4/ 33D5-63-5-8-8. 13. NSN: 5998-01-379-7921KV, PN A06G2738 is A1A1 IR and high current switching CCA, it contains circuits that provide two programmable high current (1 to 8 Amperes) loads & Insulation resistance circuits for the NHA Stores Management System Test Set (SMSTS) A/E24T-198D, TO 33D5-12-231-4/ 33D5-12-231-8-15. This is a sole source requirement under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Boeing Company. (CAGE 76301). Drawings are not available from the procuring activity. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released for a firm-fixed price requirements contract consisting of a total of 55 quantities. The Boeing Company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the above mentioned SRUs and is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the SRU�s design, performance requirements, and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to produce this item and ensure compatibility with the F-15 Armament Test Sets. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The notification should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, CAGE, and size of business pursuant to NAICS code 34418.
