Page 1 of 1 INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build Replace Seismically Deficient Resident Building 208 at the White City Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) located at 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, OR 97503 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to Replace Seismically Deficient Resident Building 208 at the White City SORCC project. All work completed in accordance with the specifications and contract drawings. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction of certain other items as described in the specifications and drawings that will be attached to the solicitation ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 29, 2020. The period of performance is approximately 390 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. The Magnitude of Construction is expected to be between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to Jason.Schultz@va.gov.
