- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Oregon City:Hood River Delineated Area North Boundary:West Waucoma Park, East to Hood River Waterfront Park, to Port of Marina Park, to Port of Hood River. Delineated Area South Boundary:Belmont Drive East to Brookside Dr, continuing on Eliot Dr following the Southern Urban Growth Boundary. Delineated Area West Boundary:Morton Road following the I-84 corridor to Country Club Road (N/S) Delineated Area East Boundary:Exit 65 to Urban Growth Boundary Line. Map of Delineated Area:� See Attachment Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,196Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,591 Space Type:� 9,786 Office and 3,410 Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 83 (50 Employee Parking Spaces, 3 Visitor Spaces, 30 Fenced/Secured Spaces for Government Vehicles, including 3 Oversized Vehicles and one space for Heavy Equipment) Parking Spaces (Surface):� 80Parking Spaces (Oversized Vehicles):3, as noted above these oversized vehicle spaces shall be ocated within the Fenced/Secured Parking Area. Full Term:� 240 Months Firm Term:� 120 Months Additional Requirements:� Ability to install a 75� antenna tower adjacent to the building or affix an antenna to the roof to reach the 75� total height from the ground. Warehouse Space� 1. Attached to the office building. 2. Loading docks to be dual level, accommodating semi-trailers and office supply delivery trucks Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
