- This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101 requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled 'One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�. The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the contracting authority of the Army Contracting Command (ACC) Detroit Arsenal (DTA) intends to issue a sole-source, firm fixed price contract extension for the period of 28 June 2021 through 27 December 2021, to Ridgeline International, Inc. located at 8281 Greensboro Drive Tysons Corner VA 22102 for continued Integrated Platform Support Services. This extension will provide the overall operational infrastructure and associated services and support for the conduct of the Integrated Platform mission requirement through enhanced risk mitigation tools and signature reduction capabilities. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received within two business days of this posting. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please e-mail Brad W. Morris and Rebecca B.
