- Description
- The St. Paul District is looking to solicit a soil sampling Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract. The contract would support the districts geotechnical requirements by providing soil sampling on a per task order basis. Firms looking to quote on the contract will need to be USACE Validated, https://mtc.erdc.dren.mil/testinglabvalidation.aspx, for all of the listed tests prior to contract award. Corps validation can take up to 90 days, and the Corps is looking to award the contract no later than April 30th 2021. The lab tests included in the solicitation are: Classification of Soils ASTM D2487 Water Content ASTM D2216 Atterberg Limits (Liquid Limit and Plastic Limit) ASTM� D4318 Material Finer than 75 mm (No. 200) Sieve ASTM D1140 Particle Size Analysis (Nested Sieves Through No. 200) ASTM D422 or D6913 Particle Size Analysis (Nested Sieves Through No. 200 and Hydrometer) ASTM D422 or D6913/D7928 Standard Proctor Density ASTM D698 Organic Content ASTM D2974 Swell or Settlement Potential ASTM D4546 Specific Gravity ASTM D854 Consolidation ASTM D2435 Unconfined Compression ASTM D2166 Unconsolidated-Undrained Triaxial Compression ASTM D2850 Consolidated-Undrained Triaxial Compression (with Pore Pressure Readings) ASTM D4767 Direct Shear ASTM D3080 Hydraulic Conductivity using a Flexible Wall Permeameter ASTM D5084
