- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services at six (6) locations throughout Vermont (VT) and New Hampshire (NH).� Services will be for a base and two option years. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations in VT and NH: 302 NORTH MAIN STREET, BARRE, VT (1,568 SQ. FT.) 210 DEPOT STREET, MANCHESTER, VT (574 Sq. ft.) 271 NORTH MAIN STREET, RUTLAND, VT (2,050 SQ. FT.) 804 MEADOW STREET, LITTLETON, NH (650 SQ. FT.) 87 MAIN STREET, SUITE 1, WEST LEBANON, NH (1,457 SQ. FT.) 1944 WILLISTON ROAD, SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT (3,315) OFFICES LESS THAN 3,000 SQUARE FEET WILL REQUIRE SERVICE TWO (2) DAYS PER WEEK AND OFFICES GREATER THAN 3,000 SQUARE FEET WILL REQUIRE SERVICE THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about December 31, 2020.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.beta.SAM.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
