Description

The Montana Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed-price construction contract for the 120th Airlift Wing, Great Falls, Montana. Project provides for furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete project JKSE 182404, Repair Fire Pumps, Bldg 321, in Great Falls, MT (Cascade County). The project will include Replace roof, HVAC system, fire pumps, piping control system, lighting, paint interior and exterior items, maintain building generator, and provide site-work and pavements. Project is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS 237110 with a size standard of $39.5 million. Per FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2021. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering price and price related factors.
