- This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for a non-competitive sole-source negotiated contract with BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems, 10920 Technology Place, San Diego, CA, to procure additional licenses and support needed by the Air Operations Center (AOC).� The contract will purchase Socet GXP. Description: This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for a non-competitive sole-source negotiated contract with BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration Inc. to procure Soft Copy Exploitation Tool (SOCET) � Geospatial eXploitation Product (GXP) integrated with Common Geopositioning Services (CGS) license for the TAW Information Systems. SOCET GXP with CGS is a NGA-approved precision geoposition. This procurement is for the Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) program, needed by Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Detachment 12. BAE Systems will be tasked to deliver the Socet subscriptions. The ULI TAW systems require SOCET GXP Bundle Upgrade Entitlement (UE) part number 4038-UE licenses and support for a 12 month base period and two 12 month option period. This part number includes all of the SOCET GXP feature licenses required for Targeting Missions to include the CGS license. The ULI system supports the Air Force mission by providing shared information to Unit-Level Intelligence Analysts for preparing air crews for operation and combat flying missions at over 120 bases. The proposed period of performance for this final effort is anticipated to commence on 01 January 2021 � 31 December 2021, with two additional Option Years that conclude on 31 December 2023. The anticipated award date is December 2020. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the effort in the timeframe listed above. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email. Deadline date for the submittals is 18 December 2020 at 12PM Eastern Standard to Kyla McKinstry at kyla.mckinstry@us.af.mil
