Description

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) delivery order on a sole-source basis under AN/SPS-48 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00024-19-G-5500, with L3Harris Technologies of Van Nuys, CA. This order is for the procurement for the refurbishment of six (6) Egyptian SPS-48 Land Based Radars (LBR). The contemplated delivery order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). L3Harris is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact L3Harris Technologies directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.
