Description

� DFC�s Information Center requires a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based information system providing access to legal/case law, public records, news and business information.� �We seek a single system/platform that provides a common user interface (simple/advanced/expert searcher) that crosses all of these subject areas and enables us to do cross file searching.� In addition the service will provide us with web access to a select group of news files for our Intranet (internal use only) and a newsletter publication system. Our needs are detailed in the General System Requirements and the Content Specific Requirements. The primary users of the service will be the Information Center staff (5 individuals) and selected end-users (currently about 20 end-users) from various DFC departments. A wider group of staff would be designated as �authorized readers� in order to read any newsletters published through the contractor�s newsletter publication system
