- The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a one year lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 11,224 usable square feet of medical office space located within a � mile radius of 1021 Pinnacle Point Drive, Columbia, South Carolina 29223. The space shall be move-in ready by March 21, 2021, containing no less than 20 exam rooms, 2 Pediatric Screening Areas, 1 Behavioral Health office, 2 Group Rooms, 2 Telenurse/Case Worker rooms, 2 administrative offices, 1 conf/staff lounge, 1 Treatment room, 4 patient restrooms, 2 public restrooms, 1 Blood Draw/Immunization room, 1 Laboratory, 1 Pharmacy, and 1 Patient Consult room, 1 waiting area, along with 1 reception/records areas. Facility must also contain adequate proportional share of approximately 61 parking spaces including 5 designated spaces. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease.
