Description

Project #590-19-101 Replace Roofs - Various Buildings General Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor (including all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work), tools, and materials for the removal and replacement of various roofs of buildings located on the Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center campus in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Estimated construction magnitude is between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000 NAICS CODE: 238160 Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
