- On or about December 22, 2020, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Houston, Texas, intends to post a solicitation for contractors to provide Community Nursing Home (CHN) Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Central Arkansas HCS, Ash Flat catchment area.
