- This requirement is for NSN 2940-01-361-2407. This NSN has an estimated annual demand of 1,119 each. This acquisition is for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 15 � Contracting by Negotiations. The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base period plus two option years. The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for items supplied covered under this contract.
