- This requirement is for NSN 6140-01-539-2831. This NSN has an estimated annual demand of 70 each. This acquisition is for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 12 - Commercial Procedures. The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base period plus two option years. The total contract period shall not exceed 5�years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN�for items supplied covered under this contract. Copies of the solicitation is available at the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and available approximately 15 days after this notice is published in beta.SAM.gov. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has modified its Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) to conform to the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. �As a result of this change, GSA revised Federal Standard No. 313-E requiring Safety Data Sheets for classifying chemicals and communicating the applicable information on labels. In accordance with the revised standard after June 1, 2015: 1. Suppliers will be required to submit, to the contracting officer for review and approval prior to award, safety data sheets consistent with the requirements found at 29 C.F.R.� 1910.1200 for hazardous materials delivered to the Government. 2.
