Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineering (A/E) Design Synopsis This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS, seeking response from Small Business concerns only. This announcement seeks information from the industry, which will be sed for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with his synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this synopsis. We are soliciting the most highly qualified businesses, encompassing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business (SB) socio-economic groups to determine the appropriate set-aside necessary to fulfill the governments design requirements to assist the government in making an accurate determination, we must know your firm s interest. The Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center is seeking Architectural Design firms under NAICS Code 541310 Architectural Services on an as-needed basis under a fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Qualified vendors are to provide comprehensive A/E services for planning, design, and construction services in support of the new construction, renovations, repairs, replacement, demolition, alteration, and/or improvement of primarily hospitals as well as other various facilities. A/E services may include multiple disciplines or single disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, landscape architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, geotechnical, fire protection, and cost engineering in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) design guidelines, specifications and national safety codes. The preferred area of consideration is limited to a 200-mile driving radius from the following location: Oscar G. Johnson VAMC 325 East H Street Iron Mountain, MI 49801 IDIQ Ordering Limit: $5,000,000; Individual Task Orders: Min $2,000, Max: $1,000,000; Duration: Five (5) years To be eligible, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at https://www.sam.gov. For firms claiming either SDVOSB or VOSB classification status, they must also be registered and certified through the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization data base, located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Interested parties responding to this Sources Sought Notice shall submit as much of the following information as possible: Company name, address, point of contact with phone number, email address and DUNS number; Proof of registration in the SAM and VA Vet Biz websites or intention of registration prior to submission of offers to a solicitation; The response date to this Sources Sought notice is January 05 at 1:00 pm Local Time.
