Description

The 109th Airlift Wing/Stratton ANGB in Scotia, NY (listed as Schnectady in SAM) intends to award a firm-firxed priced contract (base + 4 option years)�for international waste removal IAW the attached PWS. This is a non-personal services contract to provide USDA/APHIS approved�storage containers, transport, treat, and dispose of all Regulated (International) Garbage generated by arriving and departing flights at Stratton Air National Guard Base. Interested parties�will be required to submit an executed�compliance agreement specific to Stratton ANGB�at time of quote submission in order to be deemed technically acceptable.� Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror who is deemed technically acceptable. Please see FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION for further details. FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards and WD �2015-4143, revision 14 dated�4/27/2020�are applicable.
