- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation/synopsis reference number is W911RZ-21-Q-0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02, dated 23 November 2020 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Public Notice- DPN 20201130.. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 611699, standard size 12M. POC: SFC Miguel Martinez (Miguel.a.martinez218.mil@mail.mil) Requirement: FP3 VALEX � Embassy Role Players Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ Questions Due: Questions shall be e-mailed to miguel.a.martinez218.mil@mail.mil. E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Questions shall be received no later than 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time on 28 December 2020. Requests shall be marked with solicitation number W911RZ-21-Q- 0002. Quotes Due: Quotations shall be received no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on 30 December 2020. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable. Period of Performance: 28 January 2021 to 14 February 2021 �
