*****REVISED SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS SECTION C.5.6 & pricing resvision***** The purpose of�amendment 0002 was to give your company an opportunity to revise your proposal in regard to Section C.5.6 to�incorporates language which provides methods to meet US Courts� cutoff levels. and The purpose of�amendment 0003 has been updated to give your company a final opportunity to revise your price proposal and extend the proposal due date to 12:00 PM (noon), Monday, November 30th.�Provide a response in the affirmative with revised pricing or in the negative that the original proposed prices will remain as your final pricing. *****REVISED SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS SECTION C.5.2***** Section 5.2 Equipment has been revised. Please see document USCA20R0151 - Amendment 0001 10-19-2020. The proposal due date has been extended through October 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM. Accordingly, past performance questionnaires are due by October 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM. NO FURTHER AMENDMENTS ARE ANTICIPATED. *****REVISED SOLICITATION & RESPONSES***** See the attached documents for revisions in response to submitted questions. PROPOSALS�DUE: OCTOBER 23, 2020 / 3:00 PM *****SOLICITATATION �UPDATED 10/9/2020***** The Judiciary intends to make a single award IDIQ from this solicitation.� The period of performance for the IDIQ contract is for a five-year ordering period with no option years.�� The contractor shall provide, to individual United States Probation and Pretrial Services Offices (USPPSO), located nationwide, automated analyzers, forensic use immunoassay reagents, controls, calibrators, all supplies and consumables necessary to operate the analyzers; maintenance of the analyzers; training; water systems; quality control, and a data management system with the capability to export results to all USPPSO laboratories.
