Description

Schriever Air Force Base is located approximately 15 miles East of Colorado Springs, with a majority of facilities and infrastructure having been built in the 1980s and 1990s. Existing facility paint color schemes do not meet the current Installation Facilities Standards (IFS). Additionally, paint and protective coatings throughout the base are at the end of their lifecycle, diminishing the life-span of infrastructure and making it vulnerable to the elements. This contract aims to repair, maintain, or provide protective coatings for Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to extend expected service life.
