Description

12/28/2020 Clarification:� Shipping is F.O.B. Destination in accordance with FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B Destination. ---------------------- Texture Analyzer (brand name or equal) for the USDA ARS Cereal Crops Research Center located at 1616 Albrecht Blvd North, Fargo, ND 58102.� Please see attached Specifications and the RFQ package for more details. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. Evaluation for this solicitation will be Buy Best Value, awarding a contract to that results in the best value for the Federal Government.� To be considered for award, contractor must be a registered Small Business and Active in The System for Award Management, found at www.sam.gov, and must maintain an Active registration throughout the duration of the contract.� Please e-mail all quotes to�Francis (Denese) Rhodes at Francis.Rhodes@usda.gov.� All quotes are due no later than January 4, 2021 at 5:00 PM EST. Contractor must also provide their company's DUNS # with their quote.�
