This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this sources sought notice is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, size standard of 1,000 employee. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a source to provide Ultra-Wide Retina Camera to the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00983. Seeking businesses to provide the following: The contractor shall deliver the following item Brand Name or Equal: Item 0001: Optos 200DTX, California RG/AF/FA/ICG Part Number: A10650, Quantity: 1 Each Item 0002: Dicom Modality Worklist and Live, Quantity: 1 Each Item 0003: Set Up Fee: Installation and Training (No Travel Authorized), Quantity: 1 Job Salient Characteristics Features: 1. Ultra-wide field fundus photograph capability in a single shot (200 degrees wide) 2. Color Fundus Photo capability 3. Red Free Photo capability 4. Fluorescence Angiography capability 5. Auto-fluorescence photography capability 6. In-service for Ophthalmology service physicians and technicians 7. In-service should be done within 30 days upon completion of installation 8. Compatible and on approved VA's Veterans Health Information System Technology Architecture (VistA) Imaging system (DICOM Modality Interfaces List) 9. Additional Site Requirements: a. Broadband internet capacity b. Gigabit Ethernet network connection with CAT6 cabling c. 1000 autosensing NIC d. Dedicated power supply of 100-120V, 50/60Hz, 4.6A e. Purchase of a new computer for image viewing with the following minimum requirements: -- Intel Pentium 4 processor or better -- 1 GB RAM, 1 GB HD, 1280 x 1024 32 MB Graphics Card -- Windows XP or higher -- 21"" or larger LCD monitor f. Ideal requirements: -- Intel i7 processor with 4 or 6 cores -- 16 GB RAM, 5 TB HD, NVIDIA GTX GRAPHICS -- Windows 7 PRO -- 24 ""or larger LCD monitor Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name Address Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email DUNS Number Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. This must not be a generic line card but something that the government can positivity use to determine the procurement strategy of this requisition.
