THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for informational purposes only. This Sources Sought Notice 36C24421Q0192; is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. The VA Medical Center has a potential requirement for the new Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC), Dover DE for a BRAND NAME NuStep Transitt and T6 Max with accessories. Small Business, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB manufacturers authorized distributors are encouraged to submit your company s information and capability statement in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4), is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of meeting the Statement of Work (SOW) for a Brand Name NUSTEP TRANSITT AND T6 MAX, for the Community Based Outpatient Center, (CBOC), Dover DE. STATEMENT OF WORK The new Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC), BLUE HEN CORPORATE CENTER, Veterans Administration Suite 3C, 655 S. Bay Road, Dover, DE 19901 has determined the need to purchase BRAND NAME NuStep Transitt and T6 Max equipment. The building has a tentative opening of January 2021. The Wilmington VA Medical Center is in need of seated exercise units for physical therapy which can used for both upper and lower extremity workouts. The units must be rated for commercial use to withstand heavy use be within hospital specification standards. One unit needs to allow for testing as well as training.
