Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Testing and Other Support Services (PL8332), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hack the Box (CAGE Code: U1NE0), 38 Walton Road, FOLKESTONE,�Kent,�CT19 5QS, for the acquisition of dedicated professional labs environment. The dedicated professional labs environment will a) provides access to at least two separate environments that users can switch between, (b) updates at least quarterly, (c) has the ability to create and destroy user accounts as needed to accommodate new and departing personnel, (d) has the ability to track individual users� progression through the environments, (e) has an integrated structure versus specific vulnerabilities to attack that are be categorized, and (f) is isolated and dedicated to our team�s usage only, allowing the DRT to test out team-specific Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) without exposing them to the general public. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform within 10 days of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors may send written correspondence to the following address: amber.m.analla.civ@mail.mil. The estimated date of award is Date of award. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
