Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Eugene, Oregon area. These services will have to be provided within a 10 mile radius of the United States Post Office located at 520 Willamette St. Eugene, OR within � mile from a public transit bus stop.� Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on� March 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on January 31, 2026. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 12 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 12 inmates = 12 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 12 inmates = 12 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 12 inmates = 576 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 12 inmates = 864 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 3 inmates = 72 units Base Year: Estimated Number of Mental Health Inmates=8 Mental Health Treatment Services: Mental Health Intake (one per inmate) for 8 inmates = 8 assessments Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report (one per inmate) for 8 inmates = 8 reports The estimated closing date is on or about February 1, 2021. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
