- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide TEN (10) VistA Inventory Scanner Kits, MSS SOFTWARE brand name or equal, for the VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville, Illinois. Requirements: Brand Name (MSS Software) or Equal: Ten (10) VistA Inventory Scanner Kit includes: mobile computer scanner with preloaded and licensed VistA Software Programs; Pistol Grip; Battery; Dock; Power Supply; USB Cable; KWedge for Android data transfer utilities. MSS SOFTWARE BRAND NAME, part number: M010AA. An equal item shall: - Have approved VA license VISTA Software programs (NOTE: Software shall be approved by the VA and work within the VA Vista systems) and the ability to seamlessly access VA systems. - Have at a minimum a screen size 4.0-inch color LCD. - Have physical keypad with function capabilities to ensure data entry into VA system. - Have USB cable. - Be ready to use and link with current VA VISTA program at time of uses. - Be a hand grip recording device with lanyard strap. - Be a rechargeable battery-operated system with a minimum of 8-hours battery life per charge. - Have a charging system port for the devices to charge. - Have ability for scanners to retain data and transfer to the VA systems. - Have dock cradle for the units to be staged when not in use or charging.
