Description: The United States Military Academy at West Point has a requirement for the purchase of Cadet Swords. This requirement is 100% set- aside for small business. A sample of the sword you are quoting is required at the time of the solicitation closing and the sample will be evaluated based on the criteria included in the attached soliciation.
