Description

U.S. Army Contracting Command Orlando is soliciting a requirement for the U. S. Army Program Executive Officer for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Program Manager Cyber Test Training (PM CT2), Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) to provide multiple Aerial Target Flight Services (ATFS) for the U.S. Army, other U.S. agencies and Allied nations. The Government intends to award a standard non-commercial C-Type contract with 60 months of performance broken out into a 12-month base period and four 12-month optional periods of performance. The ATFS acquisition will provide PM CT2 the ability to operate and maintain aerial target flight operations for any directed mission and will provide aerial target flight operations and maintenance services at Fort Bliss, Texas; White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico; and other Posts, Camps, and Stations (PCS) in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS). All instructions are contained in the attached solicitation W900KK-21-R-0002. Proposals are due as stated and questions are due no later than 7 calendar days from this posting.
