Description
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR 619-21-2-5239-0001 GENERAL: Vendor will provide a GPS telematics system that supports monitoring with video event recording for 121 GSA Fleet vehicles. Service will include maintenance of the solution and devices as per warranty and the online subscription. The solution must provide 24 hour access to real-time web-based reports, that includes mileage reports, and reports that are geared towards increasing the awareness of driving safety during vehicle operations. This contract shall not require access to a VA system or VA sensitive information (e.g., system administrator privileged access to a VA system, or contractor systems or processes that utilize VA sensitive information).    SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the 121 LYTX GPS telematics with video event recording that are currently installed in the CAVHCS Fleet. Real-time status information Vehicle tracking Trip management tools Exception alerts Driver safety report module Configurable reporting features Data integration 24*7 Customer support Vendor will provide web training as needed and a one year web based subscription that includes access to data. NOTES: The hours of work shall take place during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, Federal Holidays excluded. Request for weekend work must be submitted in writing. Inspections will require a prior five day notification submitted to the Contract Officers Technical Representative (COTR) or government representative. All work shall be carried out to the satisfaction and approval of the Central Alabama Health Care Systems government representative. The contractor shall be responsible for demonstrating that the completed project meets the requirement that water is dispersed from the roof area as quickly and efficiently as possible.
