- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation 12444521Q0006 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to provide German Ridge trail maintenance services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 and the size standard is $15mil. �Pricing and technical information will be submitted to:� Roger Manning, USDA Forest Service, 811 Constitution Ave, Bedford, IN 47421.� NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.� E-mail quotes are acceptable at roger.manning@usda.gov.� Service Wage Rates are applicable.� Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number.� Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m). If the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically submit only paragraph (b) from the provisions and a DUNS number. (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and past performance.� �Clauses indicated on a separate attachment.� Quotes are due March 5, 2021 at 11:00a.m. Eastern Time.� �
