Description

Nebraska Air National Guard intents to extend the temporary modular trailers�used as office space for personnel displaced by our main hangar construction project (Wet Trailer) under contract W91243-17-P-0507 an additional two�months. This modification for $3,000 is expected to be awarded to Hunter Saak Investments, LLC on 5�February�2021. Due to the short term extension need and the competitive pricing received for the original contract, they are the only responsible source (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)) due to mobilize/demobilize costs, utility hook-ups, and the displacement of all office furniture and personnel. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
