Description

NOTE:� Please disregard the ""Product Service Code"" and the ""NAICS Code"" on this notice as they will no apply to the NSN that will be assigned to this item.� The codes used are there to complete this notice only. This is a sources sought notice to inform potential vendors that DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is preparing to solicit for a long term indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5, for a period of 5 years (three (3) base years and two (2) option year periods) for two items needed to support Navy requirements.� A full description of the Oscilloscope that will be solicited for the LTC is in the attached purchase description (PD) document.� Also attached to this notice is the technical data package (TDP) for this item.� This solicitation will be unrestricted and open to all vendors. The solicitation will be a two-step proposal process.� Vendors will submit a technical proposal in accordance with the requirements of the PD.� If your proposal is accepted, vendors will submit a bid sample for testing.� Vendors that submit acceptable bid samples will then submit price proposals.
