- SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to award on a sole-source basis a modification to contract number W91CRB-20-D-0002 with Revolve Solutions LLC, 5616 Clermont Drive, Alexandria, VA 22310. The contract modification will increase the contract ceiling by $1,500,000.00, to allow the issuance of a single task order to provide Enterprise Resource Planning Assessment, Data Analytics, and Process Improvement support to the Army Office of Business Transformation (OBT). A Justification and Approval document will be prepared for the extension under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This extension falls specifically under paragraph (a)(2)(iii)(B) where contracts for the Department of Defense may be deemed available only from the original source for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency�s requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations.� No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.� All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the supplies and services requested, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these supplies and services. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement no later than 4:00 pm EST, February 18, 2021.
