Pre-Solicitation Notice W912DR21Q Janitorial Services Armed Forces Recruiting Stations Cranberry Township, PA �& Other PA Locations Description of the Work: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. Period of Performance: Base year plus four option years Location of the work: 1. 20232 Perry Highway, Suite 3, Cranberry Township, Pa 2. 105 W. Culvert St., Zelienople, Pa 3. Clearview Mall, 101 Clearview Circle, Space 501 & 505, Butler, Pa 4. Clarion Mall, 22631 Rt 68, Suite 110, Clarion, Pa 5. Dubois Mall, 5522 Shaffer Road, Suite 82, Dubois, Pa Solicitation Information: The solicitation will be uploaded to beta.sam.gov next week.
