This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 325998. Hobart PW10 pan washer: Receive and schedule installation. Disconnect, remove and dispose of existing pan washer and steam heat exchanger offsite, cap/plug steam and condensate return lines steam and condensate return will not be used. Deliver, uncrate and install pan washer. Plumb to existing hot water. Plumb to existing floor sink. Plumb to cold water supplied by others. Exclusions: one electrical service of 208/60/3 amp with service disconnect to be supplied by others. Once cold-water supply 1/2"" MPT hose bib faucet 26"" above floor by others. Steam and condensate return will not be used. Traulsen: Receive, deliver and install 2 Traulsen reach in units. Install casters and plug into customer supplied electrical service. 115/60/1 NEMA 5-15 outlet required. Hobart FP350: Deliver boxed food processor and accessories to food service.
