- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services at 9 locations throughout Connecticut.� Services will be for a base and two option years. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations in CT: 1472 Riverdale St., W. Springfield, MA (4,055 sq. feet) 485 Newton St., Unit 6, S. Hadley, MA (3,000 sq. feet) 6 University Dr., Suite 205, Amherst, MA (700 sq. feet) 91 Main St., 2nd Floor, Greenfield, MA (785 sq. feet) 155 Hazard Ave., Suite 4, Enfield, CT (1,680 sq. feet) 457 Dalton Ave., Pittsfield, MA (1,499 sq. feet) Locations less than 3,000 square feet will require service two (2) days a week and locations greater than 3,000 square feet will require service three (3) days a week. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 23, 2021.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.beta.SAM.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $18 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
