- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Philadelphia Division (NSWCPLD) Philadelphia, PA site intends to solicit on an unrestricted basis for noncommercial development and delivery of Integrated Master Schedules�for towed buoy programs supporting submarine programs. The Contractor shall provide services in three primary area- Integrated Master Schedule Development, Development of Integrated Master Schedule Tools, Metrics, and Processes, and Risk Analysis/Assessment. An Active SECRET Facility Clearance (FCL) is required for performance on this requirement.
