Description

On February 10, 2021, a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) will be issued by the National Park Service (NPS).�The RFEI allows interested parties to submit their concept(s) of potential future adaptive use of the Staples House (2100sq/ft), the Wright House (1440 sq/ft) and/or the Hayhurst House (1700 sq/ft), considering the park�s purpose.�The houses were originally constructed between 1872 and 1873 and have become part of the historic village landscape.�The facilities are managed as part of Herbert Hoover National Historic Site in the historic downtown area of West Branch, Iowa.�Additional information on the facilities, park, and process are available in the RFEI.� Copies of the RFEI are available for downloading at: https://www.nps.gov/heho/getinvolved/dobusinesswithus.htm or you may contact Superintendent Pete Swisher, Herbert Hoover National Historic Site, 110 Parkside Drive, West Branch, IA 52358, 479-226-3701, pete_swisher@nps.gov.�If you obtained a copy of the RFEI from the website, please advise Pete Swisher of your contact information in order to receive future information related to this advertisement.
