- The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition and Property Operations, Construction / A&E Operations located at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 has issued a Request for Proposal for one firm fixed price construction contract for asphalt paving renovation at Lyons Ferry Fish Hatchery. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310 and the small business size standard is $39.5 Million. The basis of award will be the best value to the Government utilizing the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The technical evaluation factors are Recent, Relevant Experience and Past Performance. The work will commence within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed no later than 11/01/2021. This acquisition is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
