Description

The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain vendor interest in providing licensed medical provider support for completion of the periodic health assessment (PHA), pre/post deployment health assessment (PDHA), post deployment health reassessment (PDHRA), Physical Examinations for Aviation, Special Military School and miscellaneous examinations to improve Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) of the MDARNG. The goal for overall medical readiness is greater than 90% of Service members FMR, with the ideal goal being 100%. Medical treatment is not authorized. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) Surgeon's Office requires a highly responsive process whereby the government can quickly obtain needed support and services. This sources sought, and in no way obligates the Government to any commitment - this is only a notice to identify interest.
