- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake.� Services to include: mowing and trimming grass, picnic table placement/removal, cleaning grills, raking the beach, and fall clean up.� The Otter Brook office and dam area includes approximately 5 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area and an additional 2 acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance area. The Otter Brook Lake Recreation area includes approximately 10 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area and an additional 3 acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance area.� The Surry Mountain Lake office and dam area includes 3 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area and an additional 2 acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance area.� The Surry Mountain Lake Recreation area includes approximately 11 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
